Job Title: Sales analyst

Location: St. Paul Minnesota (Hybrid)

Duration: 6 Month(s) contract to hire.

The hiring manager is seeking a strong analyst with 3–5+ years of hands-on sales analytics experience, focused on driving sales performance and translating data into actionable business insights.
Candidate from Scientific/Medical Devices/ Pharma /Healthcare is highly preferred.
This role is analyst-heavy and will closely support a Sales Strategy Partner.
The ideal candidate has proven experience working with Tableau, SAP, Salesforce, and performance analytics, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Success in this role requires the ability to analyze complex data, connect insights to business needs, and clearly communicate findings to stakeholders.
A background in project management, strong cross-functional partnership skills, and polished presentation abilities are highly valued.
