That's our tagline at The Revenue Enabler and it's the biggest problem in B2B sales that we solve every day.

Over 80% of salespeople miss their targets. Not because they're lazy. Because they've never been properly trained. They get a laptop, a CRM login, and "good luck."

We change that with our 6-month skill transformation programmes for B2B sales teams, customised to their products, their buyers, their deals. Not generic workshops. Training they can apply immediately.

The role:

Design and deliver customised training programmes
Coach reps through role-plays, call reviews, deal reviews
Help onboard new customers and drive renewals
Eventually build and lead a team

You:

3-5 years in sales enablement or training
SaaS / tech / cybersecurity background
A builder who doesn't need perfection to start
Remote (UK-based, occasional travel to London/South UK)
£40-50k + renewal commission
