We are a network and digital integrator that understands the entire value chain of the digital world, freeing our customers to focus on the strategic initiatives that shape their business.

Every day, you will collaborate with a team dedicated to providing consistent, sustainable global solutions, no matter where our customers operate. With over 30,000 employees across Asia, the Americas, Africa, and Europe, we offer a dynamic environment to develop and perfect your skills in a field filled with exciting challenges and opportunities.

About The Role

OINIS (Orange International Networks, Infrastructures & Services) is the technical division of the Orange Group, dedicated to international networks, infrastructures, and services. It primarily supports the wholesale and B2B markets while collaborating closely with all Orange affiliates worldwide.

Within OINIS, OINIS IT drives the digital transformation by developing, maintaining, and operating the information systems that support network automation, virtualization, and international wholesale operations.

The Activation Department designs and develops a suite of tools enabling network service orchestration and automation for OINIS. The department operates across five countries (France, Morocco, Tunisia, Slovakia, and India) and manages around ten major international projects, offering a truly international and multicultural working environment.

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join a dynamic and agile product team of around 15 people (Product Owner, Scrum Master, Business Analyst, Front-end and Back-end Developers, QA, Service Delivery Manager, etc.).

You will work in a Scrum team, within a SAFe Agile Release Train, and be part of a DevOps community of practice composed of around 15 DevOps engineers, benefiting from the guidance and technical support of a DevOps Lead.

You will contribute to the design, automation, deployment, and reliability of cloud-native platforms supporting critical international network services, while collaborating with teams recognized for their high level of technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

About you

Design, build, and operate CI/CD pipelines to support frequent, reliable, and secure deployments
Contribute to the automation of infrastructure and application deployments using GitOps practices
Operate and improve Kubernetes-based platforms in a cloud-native environment
Collaborate closely with development, QA, and product teams to improve delivery, reliability, and observability
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to DevOps practices, tooling, and standards

Technical Skills

Strong experience with cloud-native environments and containerized applications
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (deployment, configuration, troubleshooting)
Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (e.g. GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.)
Experience with Infrastructure as Code and GitOps principles
Good understanding of Linux systems, networking basics, and application lifecycle

Soft Skills

Strong team spirit and ability to collaborate in a cross-functional agile team
Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Good communication skills, able to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Autonomy, curiosity, and willingness to learn and share knowledge within the DevOps community

Technical & Team Environment

You will evolve in a modern cloud-native technical environment, built around Kubernetes, CI/CD automation, GitOps, and platform engineering best practices.

You will join international teams distributed across France, Morocco, Tunisia, Slovakia, and India, working on large-scale platforms with high business and technical impact.

The department values collaboration, transparency, technical excellence, and actively promotes knowledge sharing through the DevOps community and regular exchanges across teams within the SAFe train.

This role offers the opportunity to work on international-scale platforms, contribute to strategic transformation programs, and grow technically alongside experienced engineers and a dedicated DevOps Lead.

You bring rigor, passion for challenges, and determination. You seek the opportunity to expand your expertise, achieve your goals, and thrive.
