This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a Payroll Vendor Relationship Manager joining our Global Payroll team. As a dynamic and energetic professional, the Payroll Vendor Relationship Manager will own the collaboration with external Payroll partners.

What You Bring

Experience: Proficient in vendor management
Global Payroll Expertise: Expertise in international payroll practices and compliance requirements.
Project Management Proficiency: Manage complex projects from planning to execution.
Negotiation Skills: Effectively negotiate vendor contracts and service agreements.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Identify and address challenges in vendor management processes.
Leadership Potential: Ability to lead project teams and guide junior staff.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Evaluation: Lead the evaluation and selection of vendors, aligning with strategic business goals.
Project Leadership: Oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring successful execution.
Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor KPIs to assess vendor performance and service quality.
Cost Optimization: Implement solutions to reduce costs and improve vendor service efficiency.
Technology Integration: Support the integration of technology solutions to enhance vendor management processes.

We use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in various markets while we hiring globally.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.

At Remote, we foster internal mobility as a key element of our culture of employee growth and development, supported by a compensation philosophy that guarantees pay equity and fairness. Therefore, all compensation changes associated with an internal move will be reviewed by the Total Rewards & People Enablement team on a case by case basis.

The annual salary range for this full-time position is

$37,450—$84,200 USD
