Job Specifications

Our client is seeking an Associate AI Business Analyst to support the development and scaling of enterprise AI solutions. This is a hands-on role working closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineers to identify high-impact AI use cases and translate business needs into clear requirements and scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments, can manage multiple priorities, and takes ownership from requirements gathering through testing and delivery. This role offers early responsibility and exposure across the full lifecycle of AI-enabled initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business and technical teams to identify workflow gaps and AI use cases
Lead requirements gathering from discovery through approval
Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and functional requirements
Collaborate with engineers and data scientists on design, testing, and deployment
Create documentation such as process maps, data flows, and use-case briefs
Support user acceptance testing and issue tracking
Help define success metrics and track adoption and impact of AI solutions
Prepare updates and recommendations for stakeholders and leadership

Qualifications

Experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
Exposure to Python and/or SQL
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
Experience with requirements documentation and Agile concepts
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Bachelor’s degree required

Preferred

Experience in regulated or professional services environments
Exposure to AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives
Experience with data visualization or analytics tools
