Your Role

Join Capgemini as an SAP SuccessFactors Learning Consultant where you’ll play a key role in designing, implementing and optimizing HR solutions through an end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Learning.

You’ll collaborate with clients across industries, guiding them through every stage of their Learning journey — from requirements gathering to deployment and long-term adoption.

Your responsibilities will be:

Preparation & Discovery
Collaborate with clients to gather, analyze and understand their business requirements
Advice on solution design and possibilities within SuccessFactors
Lead workshops to present the proposed solution
Design & Configuration
Translate business needs into efficient HR processes
Configure the Learning module in SuccessFactors
Support testing activities alongside the client and project team to enable seamless adoption of the solution
Training & Enablement
Train clients to drive successful adoption and maximize engagement with the implemented solution
Develop and deliver tailored training materials to empower end users and ensure confident usage
Deployment & Relationship Building
Lead go-live activities and ensure a smooth transition
Foster long-term relationships by providing post-deployment guidance and support
Innovation
Stay up to date with SAP SuccessFactors releases and proactively suggest enhancements to maximize client value.

Your Profile

You are certified in SAP SuccessFactors - Learning module
Minimum of 3 years work experience within a similar role
Hands-on experience with the SAP SuccessFactors Learning solution
A collaborative mindset & customer-oriented attitude to deliver high-quality solutions
Rigorous & actively listening to satisfy clients through high quality services
Fluency in English, and Dutch or French is necessary
