Responsibilities

Guide the team in navigating and solving complex technical challenges using both existing and novel technologies.
Design, document, and communicate effective solutions architecture, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Facilitate the implementation of technology solutions that address business hurdles efficiently.
Mentor junior staff, promoting knowledge-sharing and professional growth.
Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to align solutions architecture with organizational goals.
Contribute to the establishment of architectural standards and best practices organization-wide.

Skills

Proven experience and expertise in application development and solutions architecture.
Strong grasp of cloud development concepts, with a particular emphasis on AWS.
Competency in analyzing and resolving intricate system issues effectively.
Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and diagramming software for crafting architectural diagrams.

Preferred Skills

Advanced certifications in AWS Cloud Development or Architecture.
Experience with low-code development platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform or Salesforce.
Expertise in reviewing solution designs and providing valuable feedback.
Skillful time management with a proactive approach to prioritizing tasks.
