Compensation

Up to $120 USD per hour (W2)

Overview

Our client, a leader in fintech, is seeking a senior engineer to support a platform used by millions of members. The role centers on building intuitive interfaces, expanding experimentation systems, and enhancing the services behind a large-scale data and analytics ecosystem. This position works closely with cross-functional partners to create dependable software and improve tools that support experimentation, analysis, and product development.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent background through training or professional experience.
At least five years of software engineering experience.
Experience with Scala preferred OR Strong understanding of Java with the desire to learn Scala on the job
Works effectively in collaborative settings and demonstrates empathy in team interactions.
Capable of estimating work and consistently meeting agreed-upon timelines.

Interview process

One 30-minute discussion focused on behavioral and culture alignment.
One 60-minute technical session including a coding challenge.

Candidates must be able to accept permanent employment in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
