Jefferies & Partners. is looking for Senior Digital Programme Transformation Leaders (10+ years)

We are expanding our delivery network for large-scale digital programme transformations across complex organisations. This is delivery-first work: pace, governance, and outcomes.

You bring

8+ years’ experience leading major digital transformation programmes (end-to-end delivery)
Strong programme governance: planning, RAID, dependencies, decision cadence, executive reporting
Senior stakeholder leadership across business and technology
Experience with operating model change, change management, and benefits realisation
Comfort operating in ambiguity, with high accountability

Nice to have

Transformation Office / PMO leadership
ERP / CRM / Data / Cloud modernisation exposure
Regulated environments (financial services, pharma, public sector)
