Position Overview
Our client, a fast growing healthy snack company, is currently seeking a well rounded Multidisciplinary Designer to join their team.
This opportunity will be hybrid onsite Monday through Thursday in Long Island (Nassau County) and remote on Fridays. The team is looking for their long term fit and open to temp to perm or direct full time depending on experience and availability. Please note, public transportation to the office is challenging so it's ideal if you have access to a car, there is a free parking lot for the building.
As the sole in house designer, you will join the marketing team to assist with day-to-day projects across a range of outputs. You'll design everything from high-performing e-tailer graphics to some in-store retail and digital/social content to help the brand has a cohesive story across every touchpoint.
This is a great opportunity for a designer who loves both craft + creativity: someone who can execute quickly, but also push the brand forward visually!
Key Responsibilities
Design high impact assets for Amazon, Shopify, PDPs, and digital brand campaigns.
Create infographics, feature callouts, and conversion driving storytelling modules.
Produce premium, modern product renders and compositions.
Translate campaign concepts into engaging, culture forward content.
Develop static and motion social/digital ads for organic and paid channels.
Edit short form video for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid social (in partnership with a social content creator).
Design sales materials, retail presentations, and visual sell in tools.
Create retail mockups including displays, endcaps, shippers, and signage.
Develop final production ready files for retail and in store execution.
Retouch product, lifestyle, and influencer images as needed.
Maintain and organize brand creative assets and file systems.
Qualifications
4+ years of digital and eCommerce design experience within a CPG brand (ideally food/snack/beverage).
Strong foundation in layout, typography, hierarchy, and composition.
Proven experience designing for Amazon, Shopify, and high performing eCommerce placements.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, motion skills strongly preferred (After Effects, Premiere, CapCut, etc.).
Experience creating retail and display mockups.
Strong sense of social trends and creating share worthy, modern content.
Working knowledge of Figma, Klaviyo, and basic web design.
Ability to express brand voice visually and with supporting copy when needed.
Fast, detail oriented execution with high creative standards.
Comfortable working in a high growth, fast paced startup environment.

Collaborative, team oriented mindset with excellent communication.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
