Our client, a mechanical manufacturing company, is looking for a Junior Marketing Coordinator to support their team by executing and coordinating day-to-day marketing operations. This role focuses on digital content publishing, asset management, and promotional logistics, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
This is a hybrid role, onsite Tuesday and Wednesday in Parsippany, New Jersey. This role is 40 hours per week, with the possibility to convert to a direct hire placement.
Responsibilities
- Publish and quality-check approved web content (banners, articles, events) using the Kentico CMS.
- Upload and manage marketing assets across DMX, SharePoint, FlipSnack, tracking links, and QR code tools.
- Coordinate content translations for regional campaigns; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
- Manage shipping logistics for promotional materials, apparel, and giveaways.
- Resize and update approved template graphics to meet channel requirements.
- Provide operational and administrative support to Marketing leadership and MarCom team members as needed.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all digital and localized materials.
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Must Haves:
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing coordination or administrative role.
- Experience with CMS platforms, document management systems, and tracking tools.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) and/or Canva.
Nice to Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and content workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively; Spanish fluency is a plus.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
