Our agency client is searching for a Social Media Manager to join their team for a 3 month assignment. This role is Hybrid in Chicago, IL and up to 40hrs/week.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning weekly and monthly social content calendars based on launches, promotions, and relevant evergreen content
Community management for a Golf focused account
Assessing social content to ensure it's on strategy and ties to platform goals and best practices
Maintaining best practices across platforms, including analysis and implementing actions on content performance insights and reacting to platform updates and trends
Understanding and actively using Instagram,TikTok, Threads, Facebook and X
Turning social performance data into digestible results for client teams
Qualifications:
Passion for sports (knowledge of golf a plus)
Knowledge of Sprout Social and experience with community management
Self-starter and a figure-it-out mentality
Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills
Curiosity, ability to uncover emerging social, tech & cultural trends
A team player who works well with account & creative and can own projects
Creative writing, editing, and proofreading skills - high attention to detail
Takes feedback to execute changes and make improvements
Communicative, trustworthy, and able to meet and manage multiple deadlines
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
