2. Demonstrate analytical capability to troubleshoot issues

3. Demonstrate mindset for reverse engineering to identify the root cause for job failures

4. Need to have a holistic view of the interfaces and their upstream / downstream systems

5. Should have the deep technical knowledge in feasibility assessment of anew interface

6. Lead team during Knowledge Transition from third party teams
