Reports to: Senior Director of Demand Generation

We’re hiring a Senior Manager, Performance Marketing to lead our global paid media strategy across Accountancy, HCM and Education.

This is a newly created, strategic role designed to bring performance marketing directly into demand generation — with clear pipeline accountability.

What You’ll Own

Global paid media strategy & budget

Pipeline-driven performance marketing (not vanity metrics)

Strategic PPC agency partnership

Full-funnel attribution & measurement (Marketo, Salesforce, Heeet)

Commercial roadmap coordination for website development

Conversion rate optimisation in partnership with CRO

You’ll connect paid activity to qualified pipeline and revenue — across multiple sectors and global markets.

What We’re Looking For

Experience managing complex, multi-region paid media programmes

Strong attribution & measurement capability in B2B environments

Commercial mindset — you think in pipeline, not clicks

Confident stakeholder manager (Sales, Demand, CRO, Product Marketing)

Strong marketing tech exposure (Marketo, Salesforce essential)

Experience managing agency relationships strategically

B2B SaaS experience? A bonus.

Experience solving messy attribution challenges? Even better.
