**Job Title**
Director of Revenue Operations
**Role Summary**
Lead global Revenue Operations strategy and transformation, acting as the bridge between high‑level strategy and tactical execution across GTM disciplines. Own program planning, governance, and delivery of system implementations, process improvements, and data initiatives to deliver measurable business impact and scalable GTM excellence.
**Expectations**
- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Program Management, or Transformation Leadership.
- Proven ability to manage cross‑functional, enterprise‑scale programs involving both business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong command of GTM systems (Salesforce, Marketo, Gainsight, NetSuite) and integration tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder alignment, governance, and change‑management skills.
- Ability to translate data and metrics into actionable executive insights.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, coordinate, and govern global RevOps programs (systems roll‑outs, process redesign, data transformation).
- Build and maintain program roadmaps, dependency maps, and reporting frameworks to align Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, and IT.
- Lead cross‑functional delivery of major initiatives (Salesforce/CPQ integration, data governance, onboarding automation, UAT cycles, release management, adoption).
- Develop PMO standards, templates, prioritisation frameworks, and capacity‑planning models across RevOps.
- Partner with RevTech & Data teams to deliver cross‑system integrations and data pipelines.
- Define and publish data‑driven success metrics, executive dashboards, and actionable insights.
- Manage change communication, executive steering updates, and ensure programs achieve clarity, accountability, and buy‑in.
**Required Skills**
- Program Management methodologies (Agile, hybrid, waterfall); proficiency in Asana, Jira, or Smartsheet.
- Expertise in GTM technology stack (Salesforce, Marketo, Gainsight, NetSuite).
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen; ability to convert metrics into decisions.
- Advanced stakeholder management, governance, and communication abilities.
- Experience with data governance, MDM, iPaaS (Boomi) and integration frameworks.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or equivalent.
- PMP, Prince2, or Agile PM certification preferred.
- Experience in SaaS or PE‑backed transformation environments is a plus.
