The TA Coordinator is the engine of the recruitment process, focusing heavily on the logistics of candidate engagement. This role is high-volume and high-impact, requiring a professional who thrives on "the puzzle" of complex scheduling.
Pay Rate: Up to $23.80/hr
Schedule: Onsite (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Duration: Contract (Extension possible based on performance)
Priority: Heavy Scheduling focus
Core Responsibilities
Complex Scheduling: Manage the full lifecycle of interview logistics (phone, video, and onsite) involving multiple interviewers and panels.
Conflict Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve calendar overlaps and last-minute changes with speed and professionalism.
Candidate Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for interview logistics, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for all applicants.
Process Management: Maintain data integrity within the ATS and propose improvements to scheduling workflows.
Stakeholder Partnership: Support recruiters and hiring managers to streamline the interview stage of the funnel.
Experience
2–3 years of professional experience, specifically in high-volume scheduling.
Education - Bachelor’s Degree required.
Technical - Proficiency in ATS platforms and advanced calendar management (Outlook/Google).
Soft Skills - High attention to detail, ability to handle sensitive info, and strong "customer service" mindset.
