Job Description

Conduct site surveys to assess existing conditions and gather necessary information for design.
Develop detailed telecom room layouts, including rack placement, and equipment selection, ensuring compliance with GTAA, BICSI, and other relevant standards
Develop detailed designs for structured cabling systems, including cable pathways, cable types, and connectivity using BIM/CAD software.
Coordination with other engineering teams, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of the ICT Infrastructure facilities with other Aviation Projects under the GTAA Accelerator Program
Maintain accurate records of telecom room layouts, equipment configurations, and cabling documentation

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in engineering
15+ Years Experience in major infrastructure and transportation projects
Strong understanding of structured cabling systems, networking principles, and telecommunications equipment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with various stakeholders.
Industry Certification (BICSI certifications like Registered Communications Distribution Designer RCDD)
Airport ICT design experience
BISCI RCDD Certification
