Join our dynamic team as an Application Support Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the stability and reliability of a key business application. With a hybrid work setup, you'll collaborate with diverse teams to deliver outstanding technical and functional support.

Responsibilities

Provide daily support to maintain optimal application performance and availability.
Diagnose and resolve application issues, escalating as necessary to ensure service quality.
Manage service requests and incidents through a ticketing system, while adhering to service level agreements.
Work collaboratively with product, engineering, and infrastructure teams to identify and fix defects.
Conduct root cause analyses and document solutions to prevent reoccurrences.
Maintain detailed application documentation, runbooks, and procedures.
Facilitate user onboarding, access management, and necessary training.

Skills

Experience in application or production support, or a related IT support role.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Knowledge of ticketing systems like ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk.
Ability to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
Adept at working in fast-paced, service-oriented environments.

Preferred Skills

Experience with SaaS, web-based, or enterprise applications.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Background in retail or large-scale enterprise operations.
