Job Specifications

A fast‑growing, SaaS company are looking to hire their first person in FP&A. You will be reporting to the FD and play a pivotal role in shaping FP&A, data and analysis in their next phase of growth. This position is designed for someone who is a qualified accountant with 2-3 years PQE in FP&A.

This is a 12 month FTC paying £75,000 and will start in March 2026.

You will bring FP&A expertise, and be energised by working in a scaling, founder‑led business. You will ensure the organisation has the clarity, precision, and insight needed to make decisions.

Responsibilities

Leading the budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning processes.
Cashflow forecasting
Adapting and maintaining dynamic financial models that support scenario planning, investment cases, and decision‑making.
Developing and refining forecasting methodologies to enhance performance.
Leading KPI reporting, performance analysis, and monthly insight packs.
Extracting and manipulating data from multiple sources.
Interrogating data to identify trends
Supporting automation of reporting and analytical workflows
Act as a trusted partner to non‑finance teams.

Qualifications

Qualified Accountant (ACA, CA, CIMA).

Required Skills

Post qualified FP&A experience
Proven ability to manipulate data and be highly proficient in Excel.
Natural curiosity for how data flows through an organisation.
Energetic, motivated, and comfortable operating in a high‑growth business.
Embraces change with agility and ownership.

Pay range and other details

£75,000 per annum

Hybrid working (3 days in Central London)

12 month FTC
