This unpaid internship is designed for highly motivated individuals seeking early exposure to a consulting career within the SaaS ecosystem. This is an unpaid internship opportunity available for current University students. This internship will begin June 1, 2026, and requires up to 40 hours/week. Internship experience may include:
Professional Development:
Complete courses and training to gain foundational knowledge in the functional role and a cloud-based consulting environment.
Build up communication, interpersonal, technical, and analytical skills in a professional environment.
Requirements Analysis:
Participate in dynamic workshops and stakeholder interviews from a shadowing perspective to gain insight into how technical and functional requirements are gathered.
Learn how user-centric design methodologies—such as empathy maps, persona development, and user journey mapping—are applied to understand user interactions and needs.
Gain exposure to the development of user stories and process flows used to communicate requirements to technical teams and stakeholders.
Shadow the design process for interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups to understand iterative feedback and solution refinement.
Observe how test cases are derived from design documentation and how usability testing is performed to validate functionality and user experience.
Learn how stakeholder review sessions are conducted to validate test cases and establish a foundation for UAT script development.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
Gain exposure to how functionalities are validated against business requirements through guided review of test scenarios.
Observe and learn how unit, integration, and end-to-end testing activities are coordinated to ensure functionality, reliability, and alignment with business requirements.
What you will bring:
Current student seeking a degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
understanding of Object Oriented Design, Data Structure and Programming (OOP/OOD) preferred.
Understanding on writing queries in SQL, Oracle etc.
Competent in using Excel or any data management tools.
Experience with Salesforce is a plus, but not required
Strong communication and collaboration skills
