Marketing Executive - Lead Generation

Full-Time, 4-Day Week – No Fridays!

Hybrid - 2 days in the office

Salary - £35,000 - 40,000

We have recently partnered with a scaling SaaS business based in Haywards Heath. They are looking for a Marketing Executive to join the existing team.

As a Marketing Executive, you’ll own the strategy and execution of their lead-generation engine. This is a pivotal role designed for a generalist with a performance mindset, tasked with diversifying our inbound channels and turning digital interest into measurable revenue. You’ll be working very closely with the sales team to make their lead engine a success and drive significant revenue growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage inbound activities to broaden our channel mix, optimising SEO and paid search to reduce reliance on traditional events and drive consistent, scalable traffic.
Be the primary point of contact for our external SEO, paid search, and PR agencies.
Own the "lead-to-opportunity" journey. By identifying friction in the funnel and implementing lead-scoring models, you’ll ensure that only the warmest prospects reach our sales team.
Own the delivery of MQLs and SQLs. You’ll translate high-level business goals into actionable marketing plans that fuel our marketing-sourced pipeline.
Partner closely with Sales Leadership and SDRs to refine follow-up sequences, messaging, and lead visibility. You’ll define the "Gold Standard" for MQL-to-SQL handoffs.
Using HubSpot and GA4, you’ll build and maintain full-funnel dashboards, providing leadership with a transparent view of channel effectiveness and conversion health.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in lead/demand generation or B2B performance marketing (SaaS/Tech background is a major plus).
You are commercially minded and motivated by pipeline targets. You use data, not "gut feel," to justify spend and pivot strategies.
Experience managing external partners and are comfortable holding them to rigorous KPIs and deadlines.
High proficiency in HubSpot (CRM & Marketing Hub) and GA4. You know how to track a lead from the first click to the final handshake.
You can build trust with SDRs and Sales peers while having the confidence to experiment with new inbound approaches independently.
