Our client is a growing Fintech Lender specialising in fast, flexible funding for UK SMEs. As part of their growth we are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join the commercial team. This is a fast-paced role, where you'll be supporting the commercial sales team with their new business pipeline to help manage inbound broker enquiries. You’ll play a key part in converting a strong sales pipeline and ensuring a seamless transition through to pay out.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound broker enquiries and support through to conversion
Update brokers on deals, ensuring that excellent service is given at all time
Help prepare proposals and terms, to support the sales process
Collaborate with sales team to track performance and optimise broker outreach
Maintain and update CRM

What We're Looking For

2+ years' within similar role within commercial finance in either a lender or broker
A confident communicator and ability to build relationships quickly
Organised, proactive, and hungry to learn
Comfortable working at pace and juggling multiple priorities
CRM-savvy and process-driven
