Role: Business Analyst/Release Manager

Location: Solihull, UK

3Months Contract

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Engage with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges
Coordinate with suppliers/vendors to clarify requirements and support solution delivery
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories
Work closely with testing teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and validated
Support UAT activities, defect triage, and resolution
Perform process analysis and recommend improvements
Ensure delivered solutions meet business goals, quality standards, and compliance requirements
Act as a liaison between business users, suppliers, testing teams, and technical teams

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in a Business Analyst role
Strong requirements documentation skills (BRD, FRD, user stories)
Experience working with external suppliers/vendors
Experience supporting testing and UAT phases
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments
