The bank is seeking an AVP-level professional to support ongoing projects and onboarding processes by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through process reengineering and applied AI solutions. This is a collaborative, advisory role, you will not be leading transformation, but partnering with teams to observe, assess, and recommend practical improvements.

Job Title: AVP – Process Reengineering & AI Enablement

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension/Conversion)

Responsibilities

Partner with project and Staffing Office teams to understand current workflows
Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency using AI, automation, and process redesign
Provide practical recommendations and solution ideas aligned to existing initiatives
Support documentation of current-state and recommended future-state processes

Qualification

2–5 years of experience in management consulting, process improvement, or operational reengineering
Exposure to applying AI or automation to improve business processes
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills
