About The Role
This is an early-career role supporting the Sales and Marketing tools that help Bauer Media Outdoor plan, run and measure campaigns effectively.
You'll work with platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce and Webflow, making sure they are configured properly, easy to use, and genuinely useful for the people relying on them day to day. This is a hands-on role with real exposure to live campaigns, commercial teams, and modern marketing technology.
You'll be supported by senior specialists and work closely with local Sales and Marketing users, learning fast while contributing real value.
What You'll Be Working On
You'll help Bauer Media Outdoor generate and nurture leads, run effective campaigns, maintain high-quality customer and prospect data, and understand funnel performance.
Your focus will be keeping HubSpot, Salesforce, Webflow and related tools running smoothly, configured to local business needs, and continuously improving how they are used.
What You'll Do
Application configuration and administration
Support user and licence management, including user setup, roles and basic permissions
Help manage core configuration in HubSpot and Salesforce such as lists, segments, campaigns, forms, fields, dashboards and reports
Assist with workflows and automations like nurture journeys, lead routing and notifications, following agreed patterns
Help maintain key data fields and basic integrations such as Zapier
Support Webflow content updates and simple layout changes with marketing teams
Support and operations
Provide Level 1 support for "how do I?" questions and common issues
Resolve straightforward problems and escalate clearly when needed
Manage support queues, FAQs and simple documentation
Run basic data health checks and assist with access audits
Business-led system improvement
Spot unused or underused features and share insights
Capture simple requirements and suggest low-risk, standard solutions
Help deliver small improvements that increase adoption and reduce manual work
Monitor basic usage metrics and flag training needs
Training and communication
Deliver introductory and refresher training, 1:1 or small group
Promote good data hygiene and campaign best practice
Keep training materials and release notes up to date
Communicate changes and known issues clearly and simply
How You'll Work
You take ownership of your tasks and follow them through. You ask for help when blocked and communicate early when something is at risk.
You're comfortable working with non-technical stakeholders, translating their needs into practical actions. You explain things in plain English, check understanding, and stay calm during busy periods, especially around live campaigns.
You're curious, eager to learn, and open to feedback.
What You'll Bring
Around 2 years' experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations or a similar role
Hands-on experience using CRM or marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
Practical experience with contact data, lists, campaigns, emails, forms, landing pages and basic workflows
Some exposure to Webflow or another CMS, and ideally analytics or tracking tools
Strong attention to detail, clear communication, and a supportive, collaborative mindset
Measures of success
Keep HubSpot, Salesforce and Webflow running reliably day to day, with minimal repeat issues and clear escalation when needed
Maintain clean, accurate data by monitoring key fields, fixing errors, and supporting consistent data entry across teams
Respond to support requests promptly and clearly, resolving common questions independently and earning positive user feedback
Increase Sales and Marketing user confidence by supporting campaigns, answering "how do I" queries, and reinforcing best practice
Deliver agreed campaign and system changes on time, following standard patterns and testing before release
Own and maintain clear, practical documentation for the tools and processes you support
