Head of Information Security

FORM are looking for a Head of Information Security to lead and embed security across a cloud-first, Azure-based technology estate. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with real influence over how our products are designed, built, and operated.

What you’ll do

Own and evolve the information and cloud security strategy
Embed secure-by-design practices across engineering, platform, and product teams
Lead Azure cloud security, posture management, and infrastructure hardening
Drive secure SDLC, CI/CD security, and developer enablement
Oversee security tooling, automation, and metrics
Lead threat management and incident response, including threat modelling
Support compliance initiatives (e.g. SOC 2, ISO 27001)

What we’re looking for

Strong background in information security and cloud security, ideally Azure
Proven experience setting security strategy and influencing engineering teams
Hands-on knowledge of security automation, CI/CD, and modern security tooling
Experience with incident response, threat modelling, and vulnerability management
Ability to balance risk, speed, and business priorities

This is a hands on cyber security role, looking for someone who can combine technical experience with leadership and planning.
