Requirements: 3+ years DevOps, Python scripting, Bachelor's Degree

Our DevOps engineers work side by side with the trading desk, ensuring that infrastructure, pipelines, and deployments run seamlessly to support high-stakes decisions. This is not a traditional operations role - it's fast-paced, hands-on, and deeply tied to the energy markets, where uptime, automation, and performance directly impact trading outcomes.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's in Computer Science or related
Python scripting skills
Docker
Jenkins
Basic Unix administration
Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset
High intellectual curiosity and the drive to absorb complex technical concepts in real time
Problem solver who thrives in fast-moving, high-pressure environments
Compensation
$150K-$200K/year (DOE)
