We virtually connect diverse energy sources such as batteries, electric vehicle chargers, and solar inverters to broader networks of aggregated flexible capacity, balancing energy demand and maximising the impact of renewable energy. As a service company, we support both channel partners and energy market players, including energy suppliers, DSOs, and TSOs, with access to flexibility and smart energy management.

We are looking for:

A Marketing & Communications Assistant (EN/NL) with 1-3 years of experience. You don’t need to tick every box on day one. If you bring a strong mindset, solid communication skills, and the willingness to learn, we’ll help you grow into the role.

Key responsibilities:

Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for the energy transition? At LIFEPOWR, we’re building the "brain" of the future grid, and we need someone to help us broadcast that vision to the world. We are looking for a hands-on, fast-learning Marketing Assistant to take ownership of our day-to-day communications in English and Dutch and help us scale across Europe.

Your mission is to keep our community engaged and informed. You will be the voice of LIFEPOWR across several channels:

Social Media Management: You’ll co-own our LinkedIn and other social channels, crafting engaging English content that positions us as a market leader.
Newsletters & e-mail marketing: Designing and writing impactful emails to keep our partners and end-users updated.
Web Management: Performing textual edits on our website in both English and Dutch to ensure our message remains sharp.
Content Creation: Writing deep-dive blogs and professional press releases (EN) that capture the essence of energy-tech.

The Must-haves:

Bilingual (EN/NL): Your English and Dutch are top-notch. You can switch between them effortlessly to reach our core markets.
Copywriting Champ: You have a way with words. You can turn complex technical concepts into clear, compelling stories.
Visual Eye: You’re proficient with Canva and know how to create clean, professional assets that align with our brand.
Social Media Native: You know how to manage a professional brand presence and grow an audience.
Hands-on & Curious: You don’t wait for instructions. You are eager to learn about the energy market and you love getting things done.
Comfortable with every day looking different: Comfortable working in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
Friendly & people person: Collaborative attitude when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.

The Nice-to-haves:

Multilingual: Knowledge of French is a big plus.
The Tech Stack: Experience with tools like Webflow, Notion, Brevo, Metricool, or the Google Suite will get you up to speed faster.
Design Skills: You know your way around Adobe Creative Cloud.
Video: You have a knack for (basic) video editing or creation to spice up our socials.
