As a Senior Front End Developer, you will lead the design and development of our next-generation Loan Origination System. You’ll be a key driver in building proprietary applications that are as delightful to use as they are technically robust.

Your Impact

Build & Innovate: Design and implement scalable, accessible, and high-performance user experiences in close partnership with Product and Design teams.
Architect Solutions: Lead solution design sessions, drive implementation across multiple teams, and provide technical expertise to bridge the gap between business requirements and code.
Maintain Excellence: Champion high-quality standards through meticulous coding, peer reviews, and comprehensive technical documentation (flowcharts, diagrams, etc.).
Collaborate & Lead: Work independently with minimal supervision while actively contributing to Scrum ceremonies and mentoring team members.
Strategic Growth: Partner with stakeholders and clients to identify tactical requirements and recommend cutting-edge technical solutions.

What You Bring

The Essentials:

6+ years of professional experience in modern UI development with a strong foundation in Full-Stack principles.
Expertise in Angular (10+) & TypeScript: Deep knowledge of the ecosystem, including state management (NgRx) and reactive patterns with RxJS.
Modern Web Stack: Mastery of HTML5 (W3C/Accessibility compliant), CSS/Sass, and "vanilla" JavaScript.
Architecture & Backend Integration: A holistic understanding of the client-side lifecycle and strong proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem.
Expertise in building and consuming robust Web Services (RESTful APIs).
Deep understanding of how frontend state interacts with backend data models.
Tooling & Workflow: Proficiency in Git-flow, npm, and modern CI/CD processes within an Agile environment.

The "Extra Mile":

Experience with Web Components and the Bootstrap framework.
A "security-first" mindset in code development.
Communication: The ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with empathy and clarity.
Academic: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
