Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technology Architect to lead architecture, design, and implementation of advanced ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise across ServiceNow ITOM and Telecom Service Operations modules, along with proven experience in platform governance, integrations, and enterprise architecture collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across ITOM/TSOM environments.
Work closely with platform owners, product teams, and enterprise/domain architects to gather and analyze requirements.
Provide solution recommendations and perform impact assessments for enhancements and platform changes.
Review Functional/Technical Solution Designs (FSD/TSD) and ensure adherence to governance standards.
Coordinate development activities with Agile/Scrum teams and oversee solution delivery.
Ensure governance, change control, and platform best practices across enhancements and integrations.
Design and implement workflows using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
Drive CMDB strategy, data model alignment, and integrations with enterprise systems.
Lead knowledge transfer and training on ITSM/ITOM and ServiceNow best practices.
Enhance ServiceNow data sources, integrations, and performance optimization initiatives.

Required Technical Skills

Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM and TSOM
Experience with OMT, TNI, TSM, SOMT modules
Expertise in CMDB, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and ServiceNow data model
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, tables, workflows, and integrations
Experience in enterprise architecture coordination and governance
Ability to analyze requirements and provide scalable solution design

Preferred Certifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or CMA – Plus

Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect in enterprise environments
Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills
Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams
Ability to drive architecture decisions and platform optimization
