Job Specifications

Our client, a leader in advanced sensing technologies supporting aerospace, defense, and industrial markets, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to develop calibration, test, and production software for embedded infrared sensing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop calibration and automated test software
Support production systems and sustaining engineering efforts
Participate in full SDLC: requirements, design, coding, testing, integration
Collaborate closely with hardware and manufacturing teams
Improve test efficiency and reduce production cycle times

Required Experience:

5+ years of C, C#, and/or C++ development
Strong experience with Visual Studio
SQL Server environment experience
Embedded and multi-threaded software design
Knowledge of I2C, SPI, USB
Experience with debugging tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers)

Nice to Have:

Embedded Linux or RTOS
Thermal chamber testing
Imaging systems / infrared technology
High-volume production environments
