Job Specifications

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-directed Marketing Coordinator to support North America Partner Enablement initiatives. This role will focus on executing channel marketing programs and retail activations across consumer electronics products, ensuring strong in-store and online customer experiences.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of experience in channel or retail marketing, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can manage cross-functional collaboration while driving measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Own day-to-day account management for a major retail partner, serving as the primary marketing point of contact
Plan, execute, and track channel marketing programs aligned to business objectives and KPIs
Manage project timelines, creative asset routing, and cross-functional deliverables
Drive execution of in-store and online product launches and promotional campaigns
Monitor and report on performance metrics, sales data, and campaign effectiveness
Support retail activations, visual merchandising coordination, and field service alignment
Manage marketing budgets tied to program objectives
Provide weekly performance updates and actionable insights to internal stakeholders
Collaborate closely with Creative, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure partner enablement success

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in channel marketing, retail marketing, consumer electronics, or marketing project management
Strong understanding of retail marketing and the consumer electronics landscape
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in tight timelines
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience working directly with retailer partners
BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Skills

Salesforce and GSuite proficiency
Experience launching products in-store and online
Background in visual merchandising and field services coordination
Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategy
Experience working cross-functionally with Creative, Sales, and Marketing teams
Canadian retail marketing experience
