Job Description

As a Revenue Operations Specialist at Vention…

Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will own day-to-day operation, data quality, and reliability of our revenue systems. You are responsible for ensuring that leads and opportunities move seamlessly across our Sales & marketing funnel, and generate insights to improve Revenue operations. This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone with solid Salesforce experience who wants to work closer to the business, not just build technical solutions.

What You’ll Do:

Manage lead-to-opportunity routing, funnel stage definitions, and the automation (Salesloft/Salesforce) that drives seller workflows.
Data Governance & Hygiene: Act as the gatekeeper for our CRM data model. You’ll manage object/field health, deduplication, and the "source of truth" logic.
Revenue Logistics: Execute critical "offline-to-online" operations, including quota uploads, commission report syncing, and lead list imports from industrial events.
Sales support: Build the reporting and dashboarding that sales managers rely on to run their weekly 1:1s and forecast meetings.
Insights generation: derive actionable insights from funnel analysis to improve sales efficiency and conversion

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Table

We’re looking for skills, intellect, and experiences that will help you succeed in this role but we also know that various profiles (not only the one described below) could be successful. If you’re excited about what you read and think you’d be a great fit, we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet every single qualification.

You’ll bring:

4–6 years work experience, including 2-3 in Salesforce Admin, ideally within a high-growth B2B environment
Advanced proficiency in Salesforce (Certifications preferred) and experience with Sales Engagement platforms (e.g., Salesloft, Gong, or Outreach)
Strong data analytics and ability to work with large datasets
Experience with data visualization programs (PowerBI preferred) and CRM analytics is a must
Ability to organize, prioritize tasks, take ownership and be proactive in helping others work effectively
Bachelor’s degree in an analytical and quantitative field (Commerce, Economics, Engineering, etc.) preferred
An asset: Exposure to key Revenue Operations areas: lead routing, lead lifecycle management, sales commission
