London (Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office)

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

The Opportunity

We’re partnering with an exciting agency that works with leading travel companies and retail businesses to hire a Data Insights Analyst.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who can bring data to life and help shape the way insight is understood and used across a variety of dynamic, consumer-focused clients.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning dashboards into meaningful narratives, influencing stakeholders, and supporting smarter decision-making through data.

The Role

Sitting at the heart of the business, you’ll work closely with teams across commercial, operations, and leadership to deliver actionable insights.

Key responsibilities include:

Interpreting and analysing data through Power BI dashboards and reports
Translating complex findings into clear, compelling stories for stakeholders
Presenting insights that influence decision-making and business strategy
Partnering with teams to uncover opportunities and solve business challenges
Supporting the development of a data-led mindset across the organisatios

You will bring:

A strong storytelling ability, turning insight into meaningful narrative
Confidence interpreting Power BI reports and sharing key takeaways
A genuine passion for data and a naturally curious mindset

An energetic, evangelising approach to champion data across the business
A proactive attitude, always asking “why?” and looking for improvement
