As a Martech Product Owner Associate in the CIB Marketing Platform portfolio, you will own the Marketing Platform roadmap and book of work, supporting and acting as Product Owner for Marketing Automation when needed. You will drive initiatives from proof of concept to pilot to rollout, ensuring operational readiness and clear decision gates. You will lead vendor evaluations and onboarding, standardize intake and release playbooks, and coordinate integrations, SLAs, and change management. You will align stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Technology, Data, Risk, Legal, and Controls, track KPIs and product metrics, and deliver executive-ready updates on progress, risks, and trade-offs. Together, we create marketing solutions that resonate with institutional audiences and drive business outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
Own the Marketing Platform roadmap and book of work, aligning priorities to business outcomes, dependencies, and timelines
Translate business outcomes into clear stories and acceptance criteria; act as Product Owner when needed
Standardize intake and release playbooks for consistent execution
Scale initiatives from proof of concept to pilot to rollout with defined gates, adoption plans, enablement, and operational readiness
Lead vendor evaluations and onboarding, coordinating due diligence, SLAs, metrics, integration design reviews, and change management
Collaborate across Martech, Product, Technology, Data, and Controls to remove blockers and drive crisp decisions and trade-offs
Define and track KPIs and product metrics, including adoption, activation rates, uplift versus baseline, cycle time, and quality
Run post-launch reviews and reprioritize based on outcomes
Prepare executive-ready updates and decision memos
Present progress, risks, and trade-offs to senior stakeholders
Coordinate integrations and change management across teams
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
Significant experience in product ownership, product management, or Martech delivery in enterprise/B2B settings
Hands-on agile execution (Scrum or Kanban) with strong story writing and backlog management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; comfortable making data-driven trade-offs and setting measurable success criteria
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; confident presenting to senior audiences and simplifying complex topics
Effective partnership with Risk, Legal, InfoSec, and Controls
Proficiency with Jira and Confluence or equivalent tools; disciplined documentation
Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
Experience working with cross-functional vendor teams in highly regulated environments
Experience with at least one enterprise Marketing Automation platform (such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Braze, or Marketo)
Exposure to customer data platforms, audience segmentation, and journey orchestration
Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns; basic SQL or data querying
Expertise in A/B testing and messaging channels (email, push, in-app, SMS)
Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Progressive delivery and release management experience
