Job Specifications

\nCino & Salesforce Administration

Configure and maintain the nCino Salesforce platform, including objects, fields, page layouts, record types, workflows, and approval processes.
Perform nCino product configuration (Loan Lifecycle Management, Commercial Banking components, UI configuration).
Manage user setup, profiles, permission sets, roles, and access controls.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards.

Business Support & Requirement Translation

Partner with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Translate business needs into Salesforce and nCino configurations using declarative tools.
Participate in and support design discussions, providing configuration options and best-practice recommendations.

Platform Maintenance & Enhancements

Support end-to-end nCino implementations, enhancements, and production support activities.
Perform system administration tasks such as:
Validation rules
Flows and Process Automation
Reports and dashboards
Assist with sandbox management, deployments, and release coordination.

Testing & Deployment Support

Support UAT activities, including test case preparation, execution, and defect tracking.
Coordinate with development teams during releases to ensure smooth deployments.
Perform post-deployment validation and user support.

Risk Management & Governance

Identify configuration risks and data/security impacts and propose mitigation strategies.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce and nCino best practices and governance standards.
Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and admin procedures.

Estimation & Planning

Provide level-of-effort estimates for administrative and configuration tasks.
Assist project managers and leads with planning and delivery timelines for admin-related work.
