We’re partnering with an exciting, rapidly scaling beauty brand that’s making serious waves in the industry to find a motivated and ambitious Marketing Executive with a strong interest in trade and retail marketing.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for a bright graduate who wants exposure across retail, trade, and digital marketing. You’ll gain real responsibility from day one, supporting campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales both in-store and online.
It’s a true start-up environment — perfect for someone eager to learn, grow quickly, and get stuck into all aspects of marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across retail, trade, and digital channels
Assisting with the creation of trade marketing materials including POS, retail toolkits, and promotional support
Supporting retail launches and in-store activations
Helping coordinate marketing calendars, product launches, and promotional activity
Assisting with website updates, email marketing campaigns, and digital content
Creating engaging, on-brand content (copy and visuals — Canva experience is a plus)
Monitoring campaign performance and retail activity, supporting reporting and insight gathering
Researching beauty and retail trends to bring fresh ideas to the team
Supporting events, collaborations, and brand activations
About You
A recent graduate (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, or a related field or Internship or placement experience in marketing, retail, or FMCG
A strong interest in beauty, health and wellness, branding and marketing
Commercially curious — interested in how marketing drives sales in retail
Creative with good written communication skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Proactive, positive, and eager to learn
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, growing business
