Job description:
Lead large-scale cloud and data platform modernization initiatives using Azure technologies (Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Delta Lake, APIM, Power Platform, FHIR, GoldenGate), driving integration across complex multi-platform, multi-tier environments with DevOps-enabled delivery models.
Own technical and architectural governance by guiding medallion architecture implementation, conceptual/logical data modeling, enterprise data integration, and alignment with target-state architecture, while acting as the technical advisor across cross-functional product, platform, and vendor teams.
Drive end-to-end delivery excellence through Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies, managing sprint planning, backlog prioritization, CI/CD adoption, Azure DevOps pipelines, deployment tracking, quality assurance, risk management, and requirements traceability.
Provide enterprise-level program leadership and stakeholder management, including PMO governance, strategic planning, budgeting, funding alignment, executive reporting, regulatory compliance (digital standards, accessibility, privacy), and delivery of complex government-grade, multi-stakeholder programs.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) Disclosure
