Inside Sales Representative | Progressive Sealing Inc.

Vancouver | Full-Time - In Office

Progressive Sealing Inc. is growing, and we’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

This role is ideal for someone who likes being at the center of the action supporting customers, working closely with vendor partners, and helping our Outside Sales Specialists deliver great service.

Because we’re a smaller company, roles naturally overlap. You’ll have opportunities to learn beyond the sales desk, including supporting our Logistics team from time to time when coverage is needed.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing incoming RFQs and customer inquiries
Building accurate quotes and following up to win business
Processing orders and coordinating with vendors on pricing and lead times
Supporting Outside Sales Specialists with account coordination
Working with Logistics to ensure smooth shipments and customer updates
Partnering with Accounting when invoice questions arise
Keeping records organized and up to date in our internal systems

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of Inside Sales or customer-facing experience
Strong communication skills (phone + email)
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working directly with vendor partners and customers
Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word
Experience in industrial distribution or manufacturing is an asset

Pay: CA$70,000.00 per year
