Help rebuild the financial backbone of a scaling bank.

If you’ve ever wanted to shape how a bank actually runs — not just document it — this is your chance.
You’ll sit at the centre of a major finance systems transformation inside a fast-growing, regulated bank. Finance, tech and vendors rely on you to turn complex accounting requirements into ERP solutions that actually work.

Some of what you’ll:

Map and redesign finance processes across GL, AP, AR and reporting
Translate accounting detail into clear functional specs
Challenge scope and bring clarity to senior stakeholders
Support ERP implementation and ensure accurate financial outputs
This isn’t about simply writing documents.
It’s about building finance infrastructure properly — in a bank that needs its systems to keep up.
You’ll enjoy this if you understand accounting at a practical level, have worked on ERP or finance system change, and aren’t afraid to challenge when something doesn’t stack up.
