Développeur logiciel senior, équipe Workforce Management
L’équipe de développement produit Dayforce est à la recherche d’un(e) développeur(se) logiciel expérimenté(e) pour créer les solutions de gestion du capital humain (HCM) de nouvelle génération de l’industrie.
En tant que développeur(se) senior au sein de notre équipe Workforce Management, vous travaillerez sur notre solution innovante qui aide les entreprises à accroître leur efficacité grâce au suivi du temps et des présences ainsi qu’à la planification intelligente des employés. Votre impact sera visible à travers votre participation active à l’ensemble du cycle de vie du logiciel, incluant la conception, l’analyse, le prototypage, le développement, les tests et le support de nos produits. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les clients, prospects, partenaires d’implémentation et les équipes Dayforce afin de concevoir et livrer les fonctionnalités requises. Vous serez également amené(e) à effectuer des revues de code du travail de vos pairs et à encadrer d’autres développeurs.

Qualifications
Solide connaissance des principes de la programmation orientée objet (SOLID) et expérience pratique de leur application en C# (plus de 3 ans d’expérience professionnelle)
Solide expérience avec l’écosystème JavaScript, React, TypeScript, etc. (plus de 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle)
Connaissance pratique des technologies web modernes, notamment : HTML5, CSS3, JSON, etc.
Expérience avec le framework .NET
Excellentes compétences en SQL
Qualifications Souhaitées
Capacité à analyser les besoins métier et à identifier des solutions optimales
Expérience en développement de logiciels d’entreprise
Expérience pratique dans l’application de patrons de conception, l’écriture de tests unitaires, l’optimisation des performances (front-end et back-end) et familiarité avec des frameworks d’automatisation tels que SpecFlow
Expérience avec ASP.NET MVC
Bonne compréhension du multithreading et de la synchronisation des threads
Autonomie, rigueur et capacité à travailler de manière indépendante tout en collaborant étroitement au sein d’une équipe agile
Excellentes compétences en communication et en collaboration

The Dayforce Product Development team is looking for an experienced Software Developer to create the industry’s next generation Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.
As a senior developer on our Workforce Management team, you will be working on our ground-breaking solution that helps companies increase their efficiencies through tracking time and attendance and intelligent scheduling of their employees. Your impact will be evident through your effective participation in the entire lifecycle of our software including design, analysis, prototyping, development, testing, deployment, and support of our products. You will work closely and collaborate with product owners, design experts, implementation partners, and Dayforce personnel to envision and deliver functionality. You will be conducting code reviews of peer work and mentoring other developers.

What You'll Get To Do
Solid knowledge of object-oriented principles (SOLID) and experience applying them in practice using C#/.NET (5+ years), including async/await and LINQ.
Experience with modern .NET (e.g., .NET 6/ 7/ 8) and the ability to modernize .NET Framework code where needed.
Demonstrated experience building production UIs with the JavaScript stack, especially React and TypeScript (3+ years).
Working knowledge of modern web technologies including: HTML5, CSS3, SVG, Web APIs, JSON, and REST (gRPC/GraphQL a plus).
Strong SQL skills (SQL Server) inc
