Technical Business Analyst

Job description

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with a strong background in AI and technology-driven environments to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of business needs and technical capabilities, helping bridge communication between stakeholders, engineering, design, and product teams to deliver impactful AI-powered solutions and digital workflows. Domain knowledge in financial markets will be a strong advantage in understanding business context and driving meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, define, and document detailed business and functional requirements across

• AI-driven products and services.

• Analyze, prototype, and validate Agentic AI and Generative AI use cases, translating business goals into actionable technical specifications.

• Collaborate with product managers and engineering leads to shape and refine the product roadmap.

• Assist in the development of AI workflow prototypes, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and user expectations.

• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and sprint planning sessions using Jira and Notion.

• Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices.

• Lead and support client enablement, including requirements walkthroughs, feedback sessions, and product demos.

• Create comprehensive technical documentation, business cases, and analytical reports for stakeholders and leadership.

• Work with UI/UX designers (via Figma) to ensure usability and design alignment with business needs.

• Continuously monitor AI trends and emerging technologies, contributing to AI research and strategy discussions.

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role in a technology or AI-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.

• Ability to lead cross-functional discussions and drive alignment among technical and non-technical stakeholders
