The Skills/Requirement Needed to Succeed:

4+ years of design and art direction experience at a technical or product-driven company
A portfolio that shows exceptional taste and work that feels agency-quality, not generic marketing output. No portfolio? No interview.
Strong craft across graphic design, typography, illustration, and animation
Experience at or alongside companies known for design excellence (agency background working with tech clients is a strong fit)
Entrepreneurial: you make things on your own, you're a learner, you're energized by ambiguity
Expert user of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
