Property Administrator (Contract)

Hays Specialist Recruitment is partnering with property management organization in hiring a Property Administrator for a busy multi‑residential site. This role is ideal for someone who excels in administration, resident service, and supporting building operations in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and audit resident files in Yardi Voyager
Prepare move‑in packages, renewals, and LTB notices
Manage access control systems (Mircom/Brivo) and update intercom boards
Act as first point of contact for resident inquiries and vendor coordination
Track and follow up on work orders; communicate project updates
Process rental payments, review AP invoices, and track purchase orders
Ensure compliance with RTA, Fire Code, and CRB standards
Maintain office inventory, supplies, and organized filing systems
Support administration for ~267 units

What You Need to Succeed

Must‑Haves

2–3+ years in property administration, leasing, or high‑volume office admin
Proficiency with Yardi Voyager and Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Ontario landlord‑tenant legislation and LTB processes
Strong communication and organizational skills
Professional, kind, and tactful with residents
Detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive

Nice to Have

Experience with Mircom/Brivo systems
French language
