Project Description: The Data Analyst / Data Mapper, operating within the AWS environment, is responsible for analyzing, transforming, & mapping data from legacy systems to the new LIMS system. This role demands strong analytical, technical, & AWS proficiency skills to ensure accurate, efficient, & secure data transfer..

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, & business stakeholders to understand data sources, data quality, & data transformation requirements.

Perform data profiling & data quality assessments on legacy data, identifying data issues, inconsistencies & gaps. Develop & maintain data mapping, transformation rules, & data cleansing procedures tailored for the AWS environment.

Required skills:

1. AWS Services Proficiency.

2. Cloud Architecture.

3. Data Migration Tools.

4. Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

5. Security and Compliance (AWS-specific).

6. Monitoring and Logging (AWS-specific).
