JOB SUMMARY:
The Marketing Craft Development & Capabilities team is looking for a contract-based Principal Marketing Manager to lead strategic initiatives, focusing on streamlining and standardizing global marketing practices. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in the development and implementation of The Intuit Way of Marketing, ensuring clarity and consistency across our marketing teams, and embedding modern marketing practices and GenAI into our marketing strategies. This role requires a close partnership with executives and various teams to define and enhance our marketing framework and practices.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Refine and standardize Ways of Working (WoW) frameworks and core GTM artifacts, ensuring scalable execution across teams.
Develop and launch the curriculum for the Marketer Craft Academy, incorporating GenAI and modern marketing best practices.
Serve as a strategic partner to senior marketing leaders, facilitating cross-functional collaboration for improved marketing operations.
Drive adoption of new processes and practices through effective change management and continuous performance improvement.
Stay abreast of industry trends to evolve the marketing craft, ensuring Intuit remains a leader in innovative marketing strategies.
Must Have Skills:
Proven experience in Brand, Product, or Performance Marketing in matrixed organizations.
Strong ability to design and implement effective GTM strategies and systems.
Exceptional ability to facilitate, influence, and partner with senior leaders and teams across functions.
Industry Experience Required:
10+ years of experience in the marketing field, with a deep understanding of GTM motions and strategic framework development.
