Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a motivated Junior Business Analyst to support transformative initiatives that strengthen its Supply Chain IT capabilities and services as the organization works toward becoming the #1 3PL in North America. In this role, the analyst will partner closely with business and technology leaders to define needs, map processes, analyze data, and drive execution across transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include gathering and synthesizing business requirements; documenting current state and future state processes and capabilities; and translating business needs into clear backlog items with well defined acceptance criteria. The Junior Business Analyst will support initiatives from strategy through planning and execution, develop executive ready materials in PowerPoint along with lightweight analyses in Excel to aid decision making and prioritization, and track actions, risks, and overall status. This role also requires coordinating across IT delivery teams, operations, and vendors to remove blockers, quickly learning new concepts, turning ambiguity into clear and actionable deliverables, and working directly with leadership to drive initiatives to successful closure.
