What’s In It For You?

This isn't just a job; it’s an opportunity to sharpen your technical expertise at the absolute forefront of biotechnology.

Premium Pay: Earn a competitive $41.00/hour, plus a 5% shift differential for your weekend availability.
Schedule for Balance: Work a consistent Sunday–Wednesday (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM) shift, giving you three full days off every single week.
Career Growth: Start with a 6-month contract that has a high potential for extension or conversion based on your performance and business needs.
High-Impact Work: Gain hands-on experience with commercially approved products and clinical-stage breakthroughs while working in a state-of-the-art cGMP facility.

The Role: What You’ll Do

As a key member of the QC Bioassay team, you will ensure the quality and safety of mRNA drug substances and products. Your day-to-day will involve:

Precision Testing: Support in-process and release testing for raw materials and drug products.
Technical Leadership: Conduct technical assessments for deviations, troubleshoot lab equipment, and lead continuous improvement projects.
Collaboration: Work with development teams for method transfers and qualifications, including qPCR and sequencing assays.
Mentorship: Act as a technical resource and mentor for staff, facilitating On-the-Job (OJT) training.
Compliance: Maintain rigorous cGMP standards, write/revise SOPs, and ensure "audit-ready" documentation.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

Education: A Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Biochemistry or a relevant scientific discipline.
Experience: 2–3 years of professional experience in a laboratory setting.
Regulatory Knowledge: A strong understanding (or a rapid ability to learn) GxP regulations and Good Documentation Practices.
The Mindset: You are bold, curious, and collaborative. You thrive in fast-paced environments and have a "relentless" drive to solve complex technical puzzles.
