Pay Range: $65.00 – $72.00 per hour (based on experience and internal equity)
Schedule: Full-time, contract
Work Type: Hybrid Onsite (4 days onsite, 1 day remote possible depending on program needs)

Position Summary
We are seeking a Global IT Project Manager to support the worldwide rollout of an enterprise IT Service Management (ITSM) platform (ServiceNow) across North America, Japan, South America, AO, and Europe. This role will drive day-to-day execution, coordinate global teams, and ensure successful delivery of program milestones across regions and time zones.
The ideal candidate has strong experience leading global enterprise platform deployments, working across cultures and time zones, and communicating effectively with executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Execution
Own and maintain global project plans, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
Lead end-to-end execution across multiple regions and workstreams
Deliver program documentation, status reporting, and executive updates
Global Coordination & Communication
Facilitate cross-regional meetings across global time zones
Coordinate translation or interpretation support when required
Serve as the central communication hub between global teams and leadership
Governance, Risk & Issue Management
Track RAID items (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions)
Escalate blockers and enforce governance processes
Support cross-regional prioritization and risk alignment
Executive Readiness & Reporting
Prepare executive decision decks and evaluation materials
Lead monthly Executive Status and Awareness meetings
Translate complex program details into executive-ready summaries
What You’ll Be Working On
Global ServiceNow ITSM platform rollout
Cross-regional enterprise IT transformation initiatives
Global stakeholder coordination across multiple business units and regions
Required Skills & Experience
5–10+ years of project or program management in global IT environments
Experience leading global or multi-region enterprise platform implementations
Strong experience working across multiple time zones and cultures
Exceptional organization, communication, and executive presentation skills
Experience with project management tools such as MS Project
Familiarity with ServiceNow, preferably ITSM workflows
Experience working with ITSM / ITIL aligned processes
Ability to work onsite in Marysville, OH four days per week
Preferred Skills
PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification
Experience leading global IT operations or transformation programs
Experience working with Japan / AO regional teams
3+ years of Big 4 consulting experience (preferred)
Stable work history within large enterprise organizations
