About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Management Senior Consultant to support a large government IT organization. This is a strategic consulting role focused on improving IT operations, investment management, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide transformation support for a large government IT organization
Develop and implement strategic plans, project portfolios, and technology roadmaps
Design and revise IT operating models to improve service delivery
Develop processes to select IT investments in IT, people, and business processes to enhance organizational performance

Required Skills & Experience:

8+ years of experience in IT Business Management or related consulting roles
Strategic planning and project portfolio management experience
IT Governance, Technology Business Management (TBM), IT Service Management (ITSM), Process Improvement
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

IT Infrastructure Optimization
Roadmap Development
IT Operating Model Design & Implementation
Project Management
Technology Business Management

Education:

Undergraduate degree or higher
